The Effect of Aerobic Activity on Changes in Cystatin C and Homocysteine Levels as Cardiovascular Risk Factors

Background and Objectives Chronic inflammation is associated with the development of various diseases, including atherosclerosis diabetes. The aim this study was to investigate effect longterm selected aerobic exercises on changes in cystatin C homocysteine inactive overweight middle-aged women. Subjects Methods Thirty non-athlete women (mean age: 46.06±6.97 years, weight: 71.82±9.11 kg, height: 156.9±5.24 cm, body mass index: 29.2±4.11kg/m2) voluntarily participated project were randomly divided into experimental control groups group performed (65-75% maximum heart rate) for eight weeks.
